It's literally been months and months since I last posted, but Grandpa and Brynley's latest posts have inspired me (Matt Holbrook is posting here).
Last weekend we went down and spent some time with Gma and Gpa Marler in sunny Arizona. Yep...while it was snowing in Utah we were living it up in the warm high 80 degree weather. I got to go golfing, so that was nice. Jodi, Jill and Carson went to the Arizona state fair.
The biggest highlight, other than playing fink w/ Gma and Gpa, was when Jodi and I got to go see Neil Diamond in concert. That guy puts on quite a show!
Last month I took Jodi fly fishing for the first time. She got a couple of fish on her line, and even managed to bring one in all by herself on her first time out! (please refer to the photos above)
We've also been having a great time cheering for our Utah Utes football team this fall. It was fun to go out and see the Utes play Michigan at the Big House in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
