Prizes Galore...don't miss out!!

OK all you people of my favorite family in the whole wide world. Kyle had a most excellent suggestion. Remember the days when we used to really know what each other was doing because we had the opportunity to write to our favorite missionary of the moment on Sunday night or Monday morning before they got their email? Well, it was great. I could read about each other and know what was going down with everyone.

So......here's the deal. I am going to send out an auto reminder email each Sunday morning to remind ya'll to write a quick blip on the blog. (Pictures are icing on the cake). Also, as a fun incentive, I came across $100 that was gifted to me by an unnamed giver. I am putting that $100 on the contest block.

Here are the rules.

1. Write on the blog regularly WEEKLY as you can.

2. The one with the most postings weekly is the winner of the cash.

(Writing multiple times in the same week won't put you ahead..only one will count for the week)

3. The contest starts this week (week of Jan 12).

4. The end of a week is Saturday at 12:00 a.m. The beginning of a week is Sunday at 12:01.

5. The end of the contest is Dad's birthday, April 24, 2009. (Studies say that if you do something for three months, it is likely to become a habit.)

6. This includes G'ma and Gpa Marler!

7. Use of the prize money....whatever you want! But we will be making a big TADO presenting it at Dad's BD party whenever that is. The winner also gets to make a slave of the rest and ask everyone to do one service for him/her....(make a shake, long back rub, or have them do stuff like go to Walmart, go into a fitting room, shut the door, wait awhile, then yell very loudly, 'Hey! There's no toilet paper in here!')
